REET Result 2016: The result of the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination (REET 2016) has been announced on 18 May 2016 after a long waiting period. The test was conducted on 07 Feb 2016 for the Teaching jobs meant for level 1 (class 1 to 5) and level 2 (class 6 to 8) in primary and higher secondary institutes affiliated to Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan located in Rajasthan. About 8 lakhs aspirants wrote the REET on 07 Feb 2016. REET 2016 score will be valid for a period of 3 years, successful candidates can utilize this score for recruitment in primary and higher institutes affiliated to Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan for a period of 3 years.

REET Cut Off 2016
Cut Off is the minimum number of marks required in order to be eligible for the selection process. As per the REET notification candidate has to score 60% in this year REET Exam which is 90 marks out of 150 as the paper was of 150 Total marks. Candidates who belong to Schedule Tribes will have to score 36% of the whole paper, which will be 54 marks out of 150.
REET Eligibility Certificate
Candidates securing more marks than cutoff which is 60% will be given REET 2016 Eligibility Certificate valid for 3 years, however, mere getting REET Eligibility certificate doesn’t guarantee the selection as there are other criteria to be fulfilled as well.
REET Answer Key 2016
Answer keys of REET 2016 have already been out. Candidates can verify about their performances through answer keys, as the cut off for this examination is already been fixed one can easily make out about his/her chances in this exam. Candidates who haven’t done well in this exam can do a self-introspection and work on all the weak areas of his/her.
